Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement.  A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Beautiful Home & Location

"Great property and a very enjoyable stay. As other guests mentioned, the road noise is a bit disturbing. If you go to a Yonder property, be sure to bring your own Kleenex tissues; none of their properties have them. Strangely, there were no sponges or small dish cloths to help clean counters, sinks, etc. Yonder does a great job of taking care of you during your stay and quickly responding to any issues that may arise. Their use of Roku TV falls very short of access to local TV or access to apps that you may use daily at your home.

Very Comfy

"This place was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing but I wish I had known beforehand that it's positioned over a loud and busy highway. I was taken aback because I was expecting and hoping for a super quiet location. Also the towels were low quality. But I still enjoyed my stay. I wore earplugs whenever I was in the hot tub to block the road sound and I had a great time. The kitchen was great and the bed was super soft and comfortable, and obviously the hot tub was excellent.

"We had a great stay! The location was great being about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, Biltmore and lots of restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the back porch with the hot tub, fire pit and TV was amazing - the only thing about the porch was you could hear the traffic from the road below. Otherwise, everything was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"One of the best air bnbs we’ve ever stayed in. We Loved the hot tub views. Everything felt so spacious, clean and spa-like. There was so many options to make coffee and we loved their ninja coffee maker so it was prepped and ready each morning for us. This spot is great if you want an oasis after your busy days in Asheville or the Blue Ridge Parkway and HIKES! We will def be back.

"We had the best time! We loved the deck and hot tub. It was perfect to be able to hangout outside and enjoy the nice weather. Great location too, it was a quick drive or uber into the heart of Asheville!

Great Location

"Great location with a fantastic back porch (that’s where we spent 99% of our time during our quick 2 night stay!) The porch features an incredible hot tub, mounted flat screen, comfy lounge chairs with an electric fire pit & long flowy curtains that allowed extra privacy. Looking out of the back porch you see a few mountains off into the distance. The house was nice, there was a strong fishy smell in the fridge but the host offered to remedy it the day after check in, (we politely declined) but appreciated her offer, the stay was a little pricey for only two nights, but overall we would book here again.

"Had a last minute change of plans when my original rental mislead us to believe we had a king size bed. They were very accommodating and we were able to reserve for a next day rental. Also they even let me store some food in the fridge a little early before check in so it wouldn't go bad. Great location and house

Everything was Great!

"Everything was great. The only things that I would recommend: privacy curtain next to hot tub so your not making eye contact with the neighbors while in the hot tub. It looks like there used to be a curtain that used to be there but is now gone. Black out curtains, it gets extremely bright and ear plugs since you are next to the highway and can hear the traffic. They do provide a noise machine which is nice. Beds are a bit firm but that’s just preference. Kitchen was well stocked and had great coffee machine options! I would definitely recommend!

Great Stay!

"We had a great stay, we booked last minute for two nights. Only one snafu with the initial time we tried to enter. The code was to be the last 4 of my phone number but it wasn’t ever set. Once I got ahold of someone it was a quick fix. Keep in mind, this house has beautiful views but is backed up to a busy highway so it is a bit loud with traffic. The home was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and had a lot of space in each room. There is a cute coffee shop right down the road that is a walkable distance. Overall, great stay - would recommend.

"The house was great, easy to find and enter. Everything was clean and tidy with the exception of the fridge/freezer that had a strong fishy odor. Beds were a good medium firmness. Hot tub and faux fireplace were very cool. The one real downer was the listing pictures are taken at such an angle so that you can’t see the busy (and fairly loud) road and various buildings that take up a good portion of the view. Other than that and the fridge smell, no complaints - great atmosphere, convenient location, newer appliances and nice furnishings.

"Such a lovely cottage - very clean and modern. Easy access to the Blue Ridge mountain parkway. Hot tub was amazing lovely to have at the end of the day with beautiful views. You can hear the traffic from the road but we were aware beforehand and it didn’t spoil our outside enjoyment.

Bungalow Getaway

"This was such a fun place to stay! The house has everything you can think of - a full kitchen with 3 different ways to make coffee, two full bedrooms and bathrooms, TVs in every room including the deck, and to top it off, a hot tub on the back deck with a quaint mountain view. Just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway made it an ideal location. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Can’t recommend it enough!

Biltmore and Tubing

"The house was very clean and it’s very convenient to The Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville. We went snow tubing at Zip-N-Slip, which was about a 35 minute drive from the house. Snow tubing was really fun for the kids and adults. The restaurant recommendations that were provided with the house were fantastic! We went to Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack, White Duck Taco Shop, Biscuit Head, and Barleys Taproom and Pizzeria… they were all excellent! We enjoyed the hot tub in the deck and the house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to Asheville!

Incredible Weekend

"Wife wanted to spend her 50th birthday in the mountains chasing waterfalls. I found this rental through Inspired Getaway and it looked nice and was available when we wanted it. What an incredible weekend! It was equipped with everything you could need, glasses, pots & pans, coffee makers, towels, dishes... everything! After arriving we went to the grocery store about a mile away and bought food for the weekend. The covered deck with hot tub was a huge hit after the hike up to Catawba Falls. The whole family loved it and it was a great weekend getaway. its in a new development that is still under construction, but once its built out, it'll be a five star spot. Will definitely consider staying there again.
