Chow Chow – An Asheville Culinary Event

Chow Chow* is one of those events where you think “of course, this makes perfect sense.” For more than a decade, accolades and praise have poured in from high profile publications like  Food and Wine, Southern Living and  Garden & Gun about the food scene in Asheville, so the Chow Chow event is a perfect way to celebrate and shine a bright spotlight on the amazing foodie ecosystem here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Helping to ensure that Chow Chow will be spectacular are a who’s who of nationally known local chefs on the Board of Directors including Katie Button (Curate), Meherwan Irani (Chai Pani/Buxton BBQ) and John Fleer (Rhubarb/Iron & Clay).
