Introducing The Red Baron! Enjoy mountain lake life in one of Lake Lanier's original 1950s cottages, located on 100-feet of waterfront space. With several modern updates, you will feel right at home during your lake vacation! Easy access to vibrant villages of Tryon and Landrum, where you can enjoy shopping and dining!

Upon entering the cottage, you’ll see original hardwood floors throughout, with furnishings and décor that are welcoming and comfortable. The combined living/dining room has an amazing picture window overlooking the lake and a big dining room table with seating for 8. The adorable classic cottage kitchen, with a tin ceiling, has stainless steel appliances and equipped to make all your favorite meals. The lower level has another family room, with large sofa and a second kitchen with a stove and a fridge. More dining space with 4 bar stools and an outdoor dining table for 4 with views of the lake.

There are plenty of other spaces to gather! Step into the sunroom to take in more charming views of the lake, sit out by the fire pit and fenced in yard for the dogs and a lower level patio overlooking Lake Lanier! Home Truths:

- Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 10

- Additional sleeping quarters with two twin beds

- Only property owners are allowed to have boats on the lake however, kayaks and paddle boards are permitted.

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens

- Cleaning fee: Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home is dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply, not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of an “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green). The best Lakehouse!!!

"Rented the Red Barron on Lake Lanier for the second time in the last year recently and it is absolutely perfect! Beautiful and comfortable furnishings and bed and bath linens, beautiful view of the lake, awesome location, and clean as a whistle upon arrival! The only thing its missing is a dishwasher but we didn't care one bit! The suite downstairs with its own kitchen and den are fabulous!!! We also love the group at Yonder rentals...they left us the cutest welcome gift!!! The house was super clean and tidy when we arrived, and their check-out process is so easy! Yonder graciously allowed us an early check-in which made our stay even better! Will rent this property over and over no doubt!!

"I stayed at the Red Baron in the middle of September and absolutely loved it! The house was very clean, had plenty of supplies, and was super close to the cute town of Tryon. Yonder was very helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect vacation house! 10/10 recommend!

"This house is just great! Very comfortable, awesome lake view, and beautifully decorated! A short walk down the yard to the dock which we used every day. Beds were so comfortable, and the house was extremely clean and all provided linens were great quality! We loved having the nice Weber gas grill, the Solo outdoor firepit, and enjoyed both the lower level outside seating area and the upper covered porch area every night!! There isn't a dishwasher (which was clearly stated in the description) and it did not bother us at all, and we cooked a ton of meals there. Kitchen has everything else you could need though! Great house and we are already looking at renting it again in the fall! Loved working with Yonder Rentals...very nice.

"What a peaceful setting! I could have sat on the patio and stared at the lake all day long. I honestly did not want to leave. Downtown Tryon is just a stone's throw away and boy is it cute! Just a little further is downtown Landrum which is also so precious. SEVERAL places to go antiquing if that's your thing. Thank you, Yonder! We all loved our visit and would love to come back.

"Rented for a weekend horse show at FENCE. Quick 10 minute drive to facility. The house is STUNNING!!! If you look for style, comfort and design elements in your rentals this one has it all!! The views are gasp inducing. This house is a sleeper for sure. It looked cute in the pics and we were BLOWN away. The downstairs is a full living space including kitchen and living room so if you have a group that needs space this little cabin has it! There is a fenced in side yard for the dogs! The lake and dock while we only got one evening to sit was so peaceful and beautiful and clean. We are planning to come back to just enjoy the area. There seemed to be lots of shops, antique stores and restaurants close by. The property management team was amazing with some questions we had and solid communication.

Lovely Home with Beautiful Lake View

"This is a lovely multi family home, with a beautiful view of the lake. Lake Lanier in Landrum is a quiet, clean little lake with very limited boat traffic. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The home is managed by a rental company, but they were very responsive and flexible with our check in/out. The bedding/linens and furniture are high end and very comfortable. There are stairs to the lake and it is not easily accessible to those with mobility issues. My kids loved it and I got my steps in. The only negative is no dishwasher but they promote living green and I respect that.

"This place is wonderful for a family or two families with two floors lots of comfy beds and couches. Bathrooms were updated and views of the lake out most windows a big plus. The owners obviously put in some nice improvements and had plenty of comfy blankets. The driveway was difficult to navigate with a steep slope down to enter. And the steps to the lake are challenging but our children did it. Lake was really nice. Some floats would have been nice to enjoy on the lake as there are few to none places close by to purchase anything. The closest Walmart that might have had what we wanted was 30 minutes away. Groceries were close by as well as a cute downtown with some restaurants and a Dominos for take out. Would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will be back next year!

"Everything was clean and neat, the house was well-described, and we had plenty of room. Having a kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, and pots and pans was a nice touch. Communication was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
