Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"We loved our stay at Tara's Treehouse. It was a perfect combination of convenience and privacy. We also appreciated the location's proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We brought our dogs and loved the ability to get out an explore. The home was exactly as advertised.

"We absolutely loved staying here: lovely open feeling home surrounded by nature, so peaceful! Best equipped kitchen in a vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Having coffee on the deck first thing in the morning was an absolutely wonderful way to start the day. Would stay here again anytime.

"A gem tucked away in complete solitude just 15 mins from downtown Asheville — with sweet contemporary architecture/design, to boot. The shuffle board, frisbee golf pin and fire pit were nice additions that made the place extra fun. The open floor plan with about 180 degrees of floor to ceiling glass windows makes you feel like your in an adult treehouse. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend to a group of friends or a family with young kids for an outdoor-filled mountain getaway!

"This house is absolutely stunning! The main living space has that WOW factor with floor to ceiling windows throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers are very high end with rain showers. The house is very secluded down a long driveway at the end of the street. Perfect mountain getaway 25 mins from downtown Asheville. Oh, and not to mention its dog friendly! We would definitely book again.

We stayed at Tara’s Treehouse for a girls weekend and loved it! The kitchen is well stocked, and the bathrooms looked newly updated. The whole house is beautifully decorated. It was an easy drive to restaurants and shopping in downtown Asheville. We will definitely be back!

"I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience my family has when staying at Tara’s Treehouse. The house is in an amazing location where you are surrounded by the most beautiful Mountain views but still close to all that Asheville has to offer. All of the personal touches the house has to offer makes you feel truly welcome and at home. The kids loved playing outside on the playground and sitting on the swing overlooking the beautiful mountains. Waking up with a cup of coffee sitting on deck is the perfect start to any day. There is no better way to wind down the day by watching the sun set with a glass of wine on the deck. It is the perfect place for families and pets! I highly recommend this house and look forward to going there again!
