Welcome to Sunset Villa! This home is luxury living at its finest. Located on 3.6 acres, you will feel like you are in your own private oasis, but you are only 10 minutes from charming downtown Tryon and 45 minutes from breweries, galleries and shopping in Asheville.

When you enter the home through the grand foyer, with marble floors and chandelier, you will feel like you are at a five-star resort. There is plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the large living room or in the family room, both offering cozy fireplaces and incredible views.

The spacious primary bedroom is a true retreat. The seating area, with gas fireplace, is perfect for curling up with a book. Enjoy waking up each morning to beautiful mountain views and have your morning coffee outside with direct deck access from the bedroom. You will feel like you have stepped into a spa in the ensuite bathroom. Relax and soak in the jetted tub set under floor to ceiling windows or unwind in the walk-in steam shower.

"We had an opportunity to stay at Sunset Villa in August of 2023. It is near Lake Lure and Hendersonville, NC. The house is incredibly clean, well maintained and beautifully appointed. The view on the outside deck is … well, it is unbelievably magical. You can see for miles and miles. Sunset Villa is quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. It is also easily accessible with shops and restaurants just 15 minutes away. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend staying at Sunset Villa. We will definitely be coming back to stay!!! "My wife, my family & I love Yonder! We recently stayed at Sunset Villa and it was a dream. Such a beautiful property. It was clean, easy to get to, had everything you can imagine. Plenty of space for everyone to feel they had their own privacy, while still having plenty of communal spacing for us to be together. It was also extremely close to towns like Hendersonville which we love. It was very close to a lot of hikes as well. We would recommend visiting Sunset Villa via Yonder properties to everyone!

Heavenly stay at SUNSET VILLA!

"Heavenly!! Sunset Villa has the most breathtaking views ..we’ve been vacationing in the NC mountains for years and have never experienced views like this! The enormous deck is like no other deck! I probably sat in every corner of this deck at one point or another with a morning cup of coffee, a book for an afternoon read, or an evening glass of wine by the fire pit! Oh! And soaking in the hot tub with the feeling of being suspended and floating in the clouds is an amazing perk! And the temperatures high in the mountain were spectacular! In the middle of July, it was at least 10 degrees cooler than in town! The entire property at Sunset Villa is private and secluded …perfect for a family get-away or a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, when we craved some action …the short drive down the mountain took us to several towns bustling with plenty to do! 15 minutes into Columbus for a small town vibe offering cute diners and local shops 35 minutes to Lake Lure - for winery experience, hiking, and dining 40 minutes to Hendersonville - great cigar bar, exceptional restaurants and bars, and more shopping And of course, another short drive into Asheville! The entire house’s cleanliness was pristine - the bedrooms were spacious - the beds amazingly comfortable - the bathrooms were all modern and so clean - and the kitchen was amazing…gas stove a definite plus! I could live here!!!
