- Sunset Summit comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The three bedrooms and an extra pull-out sofa ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. For families, childproofing solutions and baby-to-toddler necessities make your stay safe and hassle-free.

- 4WD or AWD necessary in the winter months.

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens

- Internet Speed: Download - 200Mbps

- Cleaning fee: Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home is dog friendly and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. For dogs over 50 lbs please contact the Guest Experience Team at Yonder for approval.

"Sunset Summit is our new blue ridge destination from now on. As a family with little ones our needs exceeds what many places offer. Everything about this home fit us. From all the smart technology running through the entire house, to all the child friendly accommodations and safety features they provide. Rooms were clean and spacious. The kids were able to find plenty of activities, games, books, and as adults we were able to laugh over a game of darts and compete in a round of pool. We look forward to retuning for the ski resorts opening and many of the events we read about coming in the new year. The view there was stunning as we sat watching the sunset. This home is a must for families seeking a perfect blend of luxury, safety and fun. I recommend this home for any family looking for a beautiful premium quality vacation. Booking was easy and efficient with lots of communication. All around I give Sunset Summit the highest rating allowed. I fell in love with this home and you will too.

"Sunset Summit was exactly what we wanted out of place for our visit to Blue Ridge... elevation and views! Our family had so much fun inside & outside of the home. It really was the perfect place to unwind after full days of activity in and around Asheville. We're 100% coming back for snow this winter and to check out that brand new Ski Resort being built.

"Our stay at Sunset Summit was wonderful. With plenty of room for our group of 8. The kids loved the pool table and the games. Sightseeing with waterfalls and hiking was fun. The campfire brought everyone together. We will be back for skiing soon, with skiing in and out right onto the slopes. We highly recommend Sunset Summit to any family.
