A new and amazingly renovated & updated Blue Ridge classic, referred to by the previous owner/builder as their own "Mini-Biltmore Estate", for the care and craftsmanship put into the construction. As for High Society, this fully modern home has been completely renovated and updated from the top down; and it shows! It is truly a mountain retreat getaway, or blissful hideaway.

With soaring vistas, high ceilings, vaulted spaces, open floor plan, eclectic decor, and hardwood floors, you will immediately feel at home at this destination. (That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the views, or sitting in the hot tub & soaking in the spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) The great room, with gas fireplace, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together inside the house, with plenty of space for all. But, if you need some "alone time", there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are multiple porches, decks, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation.

All of the furnishings and finishes are NEW, and the home was recreated with vacationers in mind, and carefully crafted for the guest experience. The bedrooms are well outfitted for comfort, and there are additional open/gathering spaces in the home for a variety of activities all under one roof. The home is perfect for friends, family and any combination of the two. The home is welcoming to adults and children alike, offering relaxation and enjoyment for all ages.

For auto enthusiasts/bikers, the Blue Ridge Parkway and many scenic roads lends well to car clubs and motorcycle clubs alike. Plenty of space for parking multiple vehicles with a portico and garage parking for 4 cars. Space to wash your bike/auto is close at hand.

You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Grape Goddess Annual Spring Trip

"This was our 4th annual wine group spring trip and our first to Hendersonville. The house was magnificent. The bar has been raised. We loved it and plan to return again and again. One of our group members has already planned it for their family reunion next year. We’re grateful for the awesome nights’ sleep and home amenities. The only thing we couldn’t find was the grill’s cleaning brush. The kitchen is divine. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and consideration put into the home.

"Stayed for a birthday weekend with friends and the house slept our group so comfortably! Even the downstairs rooms have comfortable beds, so much so that one of my friends wanted me to ask the owners what kind of mattress it was!! Views were beautiful, covered front door and garage to unload was a bonus in the rain. Felt private and secluded while being in a neighborhood only 10 minutes to the grocery store. Kitchen was stocked with quality appliances and cooking tools, even had a bag of nice coffee there for us!! Can’t wait to come back!

"Many of our family members live in Asheville so we visit the area 2-3 times a year. This home was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. It was well equipped with many amenities needed for our stay. The hot tub was cleaned 2x’s / week! The home itself was clean. The best part was the open concept on the main floor. It allowed our family of 9 to comfortably gather for mealtime, game night, and nfl draft! The response from Yonder was prompt and professional. We will definitely rent from Yonder in the future!

"An absolutely GREAT house for our group family trip! The home was beautiful, had a wonderful view, lovely back porch/deck to hang out on, good location to get to many places, and had a ton of space for parents & kids alike. We took full advantage of being able to send the kids (8 of them) to the basement to play while the adults hung out in peace upstairs :o) Also, the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen - so many large pots/pans/bowls/serving dishes/and more for large groups! We would highly recommend if you are looking for a larger rental!!

"What an amazing place we stayed at for our spring break trip! We had three families with six adults and eight kids who all had a great time. The kids and adults had their own space as the adults stayed upstairs on the main floor and the kids were downstairs, playing ping-pong, foosball, watching TV and enjoying themselves. The inside and outside fireplaces worked great, it was very cold, so we used them every day. The views were spectacular on the back deck, we watched the sunset every day with a cocktail around the fire pit. Getting to downtown Hendersonville was very easy, although I did use GPS every time because I am from Florida and not used to all these winding and hilly roads. The Yonder team was very helpful when I called having a couple questions. I would highly recommend High Society for families and vacationers.

"WOW does not cover it. What a stunning vacation home! The living area with the Mountain View was enhanced by the covered deck area with the table top fire pit. This was so fun and drew us to all being together. The bedrooms were all beautiful, tons of crown molding and unique decor. A surprise ping pong table in the basement and lots of room to spread out. Each year our 3 grown sons and families get together to play, catch up, and enjoy the beauty. This vacation was wonderful and we’re thankful for our time there.

"Five Porsche couples rented High Society during our fall-color drives on the Blue Ridge Parkway and other twisty mountain roads. It was perfect in every way. It was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was amazing! All of our ladies raved about the bed linens. Everything that we needed was readily at hand. I couldn't recommend it more highly. If you rent it, you will not be disappointed.

"We stayed at this unique house with 4 other couples and had a wonderful time. The house is immaculate and the details in it are amazing. The gourmet kitchen is beautiful and can easily accommodate multiple cooks. The sunrise views in the morning are breathtaking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Certainly a good place for a large group to get together but not be on top of one another all the time.

"This home is a great space. Stayed here with 5 couples. There is plenty of space to gather together but also a lot of space to give everyone somewhere to go for some quiet or work time. Can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is. The area is also wonderful. Not far from Asheville. We did rafting, zip lining, UTV mountain experiences all within an hour drive. By far the best rental experience I have had!

"Our group of 10 couples thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, newly renovated home sitting splendidly in the Smokey Mountains - what great views from all that balcony space!!! The location is close to many fun activities and the owners have left brochures to help point you in fun adventurous directions - all less than 30-50 minutes away! We went whitewater rafting, did an electric bike tasting tour through Asheville, visited multiple hard cider places with live music, rented UTV's and did canopy zip lining! The hot tub on the deck helped us revive each night for the next day's adventures. The house has one of the very best equipped kitchens I've ever experienced at a rental property, not one thing missing and we cooked A LOT to enjoy the house and surroundings. Games in the house kept the fun going at night too! Ping pong, foozball, giant Jenga, RLC dice were all onsite. We will CERTAINLY go back!
