Introducing Blissful Bluff. This mountain chalet is pristine and exudes modern architectural beauty while maintaining a cozy mountain feel. From the moment you walk in, the openness and the breathtaking mountain views will have you in awe. And it’s located only about 15 minutes from West Asheville and 30 min to downtown Asheville!

The beautiful wood floors and a kitchen equipped with high end finishes will have you wanting for nothing as you prepare your favorite dishes. With interiors that were decorated and designed by an internationally published designer Anil Kakar of Kakar House of Design , the main level living room is open and comfortable with a large TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Relax on the patio lounge area where you can relax and soak in the ever-changing views. With a main level ensuite bedroom and 2 more guest rooms on the lower level, you’ll have plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom feels like a luxury hotel suite. You’ll wake up with breathtaking views each morning.

And there’s plenty of outdoor dining and relaxing on two separate large outdoor balconies where you can sit and lounge, have your morning coffee or your evening cocktails while enjoying the magnificent view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early check-in and/or Late check-out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may be applicable, determined by the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"Beautiful and modern house with expansive windows and an open-concept design blur the lines between the interior and the gorgeous mountain surroundings. Breathtaking views can be taken in from almost every room, creating a feeling of connection to nature. Great location close to downtown Asheville and the Blur Ridge trails. Fully equipped! Perched on a Mountain

"This is probably the cleanest vacation rental I've stayed in and I've stayed in A LOT of places. It also has the most well-stocked kitchen of any home I've stayed in before. I'm a big fan of contemporary architecture and this fits the bill and has inspired some design elements for our home. The views are amazing, although we didn't get to enjoy until the morning of checkout. This place is perched near the top of a mountain and we were in the clouds most of the time. But when we were finally able to enjoy the view and sunrise the last morning, it was incredible. My now fiancé and I got engaged at the Biltmore and this place will also have a very special meaning to us.

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was very private and peaceful. The home was as described and shown in the photos. The only somewhat negative aspect would be the lack of air conditioning on the lower floor where two of the bedrooms are located. It would have been nice to have air conditioning/mini split unit down there too. Other than that the home was lovely.

"I tried to take pictures to do it justice and I couldn't either. The view is gorgeous and the house is tastefully decorated and a very useful layout. We loved the smokeless fire pit with the seating area just off the porch. We also received a whole book of recommendations for restaurants and activities that we used extensively. Overall a great trip and we'll be back.

"We arrived late on a foggy evening, so we saw very little on the drive up the mountain. We were thrilled to wake up to the most amazing sunrise and view! The location is simply breathtaking and we could have spent every minute of our visit enjoying the scenery. The house was incredibly comfortable and accommodating for our family of four (two adult kids). We can't say enough about how wonderful it was. Asheville was an easy 20-25 minute drive away. We loved our stay and are already planning a return visit.

"This house is fabulous and the views are incredible. While the photos of the view on the website are beautiful, it's even better in person!! It actually looks like a painting everyday. The area is very quiet which was perfect. Gives a secluded vibe, but it is still close enough to Asheville to grab some good food. The house was extremely clean and liked that the checkin/checkout was super easy. Loved it & definitely plan to come back!

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights and it was everything we hoped for. Check in was very easy and we had great communication with yonder who was able to accommodate a late check out with little notice. The house is very clean comfortable and gets lots of light. The views are incredible (even in winter!) and we felt as though we were waking up to a painting every morning! It is well located, and we did spend a day in Asheville… But honestly I think if we go back we’d spend all the time enjoying the home itself (as others have mentioned). Overall we had great stay and left wanting to come back again.

"The home is beautifully constructed and has all you need for a weekend in the mountains. It’s clear they’ve paid attention to detail and tried to offer every amenity appropriate for a stay in the mountains. I’d recommend planning accordingly to ensure you spend as much time enjoying the views from the home! There is a LOT of cabinet space in the kitchen, so pro-tip, the utensils are in a drawer within a drawer.

"Heavenly is the best description of this house. It feels as though you are in the sky and mountains with the floor to ceiling windows.
