Wood Fired Rustic Pizza Party

There’s nothing quite like wood-fired pizza. The unique taste of crunchy but chewy crust, bubbly cheese, and fire-kissed toppings are made possible by the 800+ degree temperatures found in our custom, wood-fired Tuscan oven. Fueled by locally sourced hardwoods and Laurel Falls tradition, these pies are sure to be a hit with any crowd. Doughs are hand-tossed and the pizzas are made to your preference, with choices of red, white, and pesto base sauces along with a variety of fresh toppings. The party includes your choice of Greek or Caesar Salad. Grab a slice before they’re gone!                      Cost: $700 plus ingredients 

Smoky Mountain Barbecue Dinner

Created by Richard Jenkins, local Pitmaster and key figure in the history of Laurel Falls, this dinner will take you back to the roots of Barbecue in Western North Carolina. Richard’s family ties can be traced back over 100 years in the Fairview community and through this meal he shares with you his secret family recipe for traditional Carolina Barbecue. Sink your teeth into pulled pork smoked over local hardwood for 20+ hours and topped with a selection of sauces. Served alongside grilled corn on the cob, southern baked beans, creamy coleslaw, banana pudding and rolls, this meal is a Carolina classic. Cost: $600 plus $100 event fee

Laurel Falls Family-Style Italian Dinners

Travel back to the Old-World and get a taste of Italy right here in the mountains of WNC. Choose from a variety of time-honored recipes, all served family-style and meant to be shared by all. Our wood-fired Tuscan oven allows for endless options, from chicken parmesan and baked ziti, to roasted meatballs and lasagna. Twirl your way through the chef’s selection of unique pasta cuts, crunch into fresh baked garlic-herb bread, and top it all off with your choice of Greek or Caesar Salad. Little Pisgah Sunrise Breakfast or Brunch

Laurel Falls has long been known for its incredible sunrise views over Little Pisgah Mountain, which can be seen from the front porch of The Lodge. Enjoy the natural beauty of the morning light and start your day with fresh, locally roasted coffee and a meal served by one of Asheville’s premiere breakfast restauranteurs. Choose from entrees like almond-crusted challah French Toast with maple syrup or wood-fired Frittatas with your choice of fixings, all served with fresh fruit, roasted homefries, and farm-raised bacon or sausage. Just don’t hit the snooze button…
